Anderson Do Rozario joined Brothers of Açaí as a Director and Investor in 2025, bringing a strong entrepreneurial mindset, commercial experience and a long-term commitment to the growth of the business.
His involvement with Brothers of Açaí goes beyond investment. Anderson believes in the quality, provenance and potential of authentic Brazilian açaí and the opportunity to introduce the very best of the Amazon to a wider UK audience.
Working alongside the founding team, Anderson supports the strategic and commercial development of the company, helping to build Brothers of Açaí into a recognised premium açaí brand in the UK and beyond.
With a focus on sustainable growth, strong partnerships and building a business with genuine foundations, Anderson is committed to protecting what makes Brothers of Açaí different: exceptional Brazilian açaí, trusted relationships with producers, and a product that stays true to its origins.
Since becoming involved in 2025, Anderson has played an important role in shaping the next chapter of Brothers of Açaí — supporting its ambition to grow from an independent Brazilian-founded business into a leading name in premium açaí across the UK.
A WORD FROM THE FOUNDER
Hi, I'm Luiz Silva Santos, and I’m originally from Brazil. Growing up, I ate Açaí every single day, as we grew it right in our garden. When I moved to the UK, I had a dream: to bring those powerful, nutrient-packed berries over here—not just any Açaí—but the absolute best! I wanted to show the UK what real Açaí tastes like.
My brother grows Açaí on his farm back home in Brazil, and it was this incredible, high-quality fruit that I was determined to bring to the UK. And so, Brothers Of Açaí was born in 2021. Since then, my journey has been all about maintaining the quality of our Açaí, and I’m proud to say that I’ve found an amazing distributor and factory who share my commitment to sustainability, purity, and excellence.

Today, we not only offer the finest Açaí but I also have my very own label. From here in the UK, I work closely with the best factory to ensure every batch meets our strict standards. But it’s not just about quality; it’s about looking after the people who make this all possible. I’m committed to supporting my team in Brazil, ensuring they’re treated fairly, sustainably, and that their hard work is always respected.

ZARA THOMAS
My love for the Amazon began as a child. I was always fascinated by the Amazonian rainforest, its incredible wildlife, people and culture. That connection has stayed with me throughout my life, and my love for açaí began long before I joined Brothers of Açaí.
Three years ago, I joined Brothers of Açaí, initially as Sales & Business Development Lead Consultant and Logistics & Operations Manager. From the very beginning, I recognised a vision that aligned deeply with my own: to bring exceptional, authentic açaí from the Amazon to people around the world.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of growing with the business and stepping into my current roles as CEO and CVO. Today, I am incredibly proud to be part of the journey and to help shape the future of Brothers of Açaí.
My vision is ambitious. I want us to continue raising the standard for açaí — staying true to its origins, respecting the Amazon and its people, and making sure that quality, authenticity and sustainability remain at the heart of everything we do.
Nature, and especially the Amazon, holds a very special place in my heart. I have the deepest admiration for its people, its culture and the incredible environment that gives us açaí. Representing this extraordinary product and bringing its story to the world is something I feel incredibly proud of.
Three years on, I feel more passionate than ever about what we are building. This is more than a business to me; it is a journey I genuinely believe in, and I am excited for everything that lies ahead.
